Formerly the COO/CFO of Good Property Company, Alaina is now a partner and acts as our Managing Partner. In her former life in international development, she worked at Columbia University on health, education, and gender equality programs throughout Africa, the Middle East and the Caribbean. Alaina holds a Master of Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York University. She is a certified yoga and meditation teacher, writer and speaker.

Alaina is also the founder of Adhara. Meaning ‘support’ in Sanskrit, Adhara helps women find spiritual connection within themselves and the multi-faceted world, and cultivate a constant curiosity that results in living an engaged life.
